Registration Fees

All prices are in euros and exclude 10% French VAT.

Registration Fees Include

• Name badge
• Wi-Fi access
• Access to oral and poster sessions
• Coffee breaks from Wednesday the 4th to Friday the 6th
• Lunches from Wednesday the 4th to Friday the 6th
• Welcome reception on Wednesday the 4th
• Gala dinner on Thursday the 5th

Accompanying Person

You may bring an accompanying person to the welcome reception and gala dinner. An additional fee applies for an accompanying person attending the gala dinner, and seating is limited.

Requirements for Author Registration

• Every accepted RTNS paper must be associated with at least one RTNS Author or Full registration by the registration deadline, even when the paper will be presented by a student.
• Every accepted Junior Workshop paper must be associated with at least one Junior Workshop Author, Student, or Full registration by the registration deadline.
• One registration may cover at most one paper.

Payment

Credit Card

Credit-card payments can be completed during online registration without additional fees. A registration and payment confirmation will be sent by email.

Bank Transfer

An invoice containing the payment details will be sent by email. All bank charges must be paid by the delegate.
